About modification of the Provision of rather prudential standard rates of professional activity in the stock market and requirements to risk management system

According to part three of article 27 of the Law of Ukraine "About securities and the stock market", to Items 37, 7, to Items 2, of the 13th article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED 38 parts two of Article:

1. Make to the section VIII of the Provision of rather prudential standard rates of professional activity in the stock market and requirements to risk management system approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of October 1, 2015 No. 1597, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 28, 2015 for No. 1311/27756 (with changes), the following changes:

Item 1 of Chapter 1 to add 1) with the new subitem of 1 following content:

"1) size of own means".

With respect thereto 1, 2 to consider subitems respectively subitems 2, 3;

2) to add the Section after Chapter 1 with new Chapter 2 following of content:

"2. Size of own means

1. Own means are means which the stock exchange can use on covering of negative financial effects of realization of the risks arising when implementing of professional activity by it in the stock market.

2. Own means are calculated according to the procedure, provided by Chapter 2 of the Section III of this provision for measure calculation of the regulatory capital of organization.
