Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 15, 1997 "About state regulation of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 1997, No. 10, Art. 147; 1998, No. 10, Art. 74; 2002, No. 4, h 1, Art. 179, Art. 188; 2007, No. 6, Art. 434, Art. 437; 2012, No. 7, Art. 722) following changes and amendments:

1. State Article 2 in the following edition:

"Article 2. Legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan on state regulation of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products

The legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan on state regulation of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan and consists of this Law, other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan, and also the international legal acts recognized by Tajikistan.".

2. Add with Article 2 (1) the following content:

"Article 2 (1). Operation of this Law

Operation of this Law does not extend to the alcoholic products made by physical person not for the purpose of sale, or the ethyl alcohol made from any kinds of raw materials, the legal entity or legal entities on contractual basis and used only in engineering procedure in case of production of not alcoholic products.".

3. In Article 12:

- the second to state part in the following edition:

"The realization of alcoholic products is enabled only in the places determined by local executive body of the government.";
