About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About local self-government"

Article 1.
Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About local self-government" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2011, No. 7, the Art. 1004) the following changes:
To replace 1) in parts 3 and 6 of Article 37 of the word "at least two thirds" with the word "majority";
To replace 2) regarding the 4th Article 43 of the word "at least two thirds" with the word "majority";
To replace 3) regarding 3rd Article 49 of the word "at least two thirds" with the word "majority".
This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
