About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 6, 2008 No. 704 "About encouragement of athletes on sports of disabled people and their trainers" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 60, Art. 2036; 2012, No. 49, Art. 1923; 2016, No. 47, Art. 1704; 2017, No. 100, Art. 3079):
1) in the resolution:
in the name and the text of the resolution the word of "disabled people" shall be replaced with words "persons with disability";
in the name and the text of appendix to the resolution the word of "disabled people" shall be replaced with words "persons with disability";
2) according to the procedure of payment of remunerations to athletes for sports of disabled people of Ukraine - to champions, prize-winners of sports competitions of the international level and their trainers, approved by the specified resolution:
in the name and the paragraph the second Procedure Item 1 the word of "disabled people" shall be replaced with words "persons with disability";
in Item 2 of the word of "federations of disabled people with nosology" shall be replaced with words "sports federations of persons with disability".

According to the procedure of use of the means provided in the government budget for preparation and participation of the national teams of teams in Paralympic and Deflimpiysky Games approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 23, 2011 No. 132 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 14, Art. 570; 2012, No. 61, Art. 2474; 2013, No. 90, Art. 3310; 2014, No. 37, Art. 992; 2017, No. 100, Art. 3079):
