Make the following changes to the "Procedure for creation of cards of territorial units, administrative-territorial districts and local administrative-territorial districts of the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 10, 2010 No. 218 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2010, No. 2, Article 82; 2013, No. 2, Article 118; 2016, No. 2 (II book), Article 248):
1. In Item 4.3 after words "Item 4.2" to add with words "if determination of coordinates, accomplishment of field research works and works on land surveying is connected with development of cards on resolution of disputes on territorial questions between administrative territorial units, then to Item 5-1.4 of this Procedure".
2. in Item 4.7 after the words "in Item 4.2" to add with words "if determination of coordinates, accomplishment of field research works and works on land surveying is connected with development of cards after resolution of disputes on territorial questions between administrative territorial units, then to Item 5-1.4 of this Procedure"."
3. in Item 4.10 of the word "and Articles 104" shall be replaced with words "Article … and Section 3-1 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the territorial device and administrative-territorial division".
