1. Establish to members of crew personnel on sea transport the daily payments attached to this resolution instead of traveling expenses.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic "About streamlining of foreign currency payments to teams of the Soviet courts working in foreign swimming" of July 30, 1991 with No. 229.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
