About modification of the Regulations on the automated system of enforcement proceeding

According to Article part one 8, and the seventh article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About enforcement proceeding" I ORDER to parts six:

1. Bring in the Regulations on the automated system of enforcement proceeding approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of August 5, 2016 No. 2432/5, No. 1126/29256, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 12, 2016 the following changes:

in the Section I:

in Item 9 to replace figure "9" with figure "8";

in the Section X:

third Item 3 to exclude the paragraph;

the fourth Item 6 to exclude the paragraph.

2. To department concerning justice and homeland security of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (Oleynik E. M.) submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of justice of Ukraine concerning executive service Shklyar S. V.
