Data on official delivery according to the procedure, the provided in article 57 of this Code of the Azerbaijan Republic about administrative offenses, electronic protocol on administrative offense or the resolution on the case of administrative offense constituted for the administrative offenses revealed by means of the special technical means having functions of photo and video filming;".
3. in Item 7.4 after the word "places" to add with words "(with indication of placement time)".
4. Add with Item 7.10-1 of the following content:
"7.10-1. If the electronic protocol provided in article 122.1 of the Code of the Azerbaijan Republic about administrative offenses will not be placed in the electronic office created in the Internet information resource for each user of vehicles within one month from the date of making of administrative offense, that person cannot be brought to the administrative responsibility.".
