About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About charity"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 22, 2003 "About charity" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2003, No. 4, the Art. 148) the following changes:

In preamble and part two of Article 8 of the word "bodies of the state and local government" and "Bodies of the state and local government" respectively shall be replaced with words "public authorities and self-government institutions of settlements and villages" and "Public authorities and self-government institutions of settlements and villages".

4. State Article 9 in the following edition:

"Article 9. Creation of charitable organization Charitable organization is created by physical persons and legal entities.

The charitable organization is considered created and is legal entity from the moment of its state registration according to the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.".

5. In parts three and the fourth Article 21 of the word of "local self-government" and "bodies of the state and local government" respectively shall be replaced with words "self-government institutions of settlements and villages" and "public authorities, self-government institutions of settlements and villages.".
