Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of November 13, 1998 "About copyright and the related rights" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 1998, No. 23-24, of Art. 348; 2003, No. 8, Art. 450; 2006, No. 3, Art. 153; 2009, No. 12, Art. 825; 2014, No. 12, Art. 826) following changes and amendment:
1. State Article 2 in the following edition:
"Article 2. Legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan on copyright and related rights
The legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan on copyright and the related rights is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan and consists of this Law, other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan, and also the international legal acts recognized by Tajikistan.".
2. The fourth Article 47 to exclude part.
3. Add with article 48 (1) the following content:
"Article 48 (1). Responsibility for non-compliance with requirements of this Law
Physical persons and legal entities are made for non-compliance with requirements of this Law responsible according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.".
Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
