About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In part (2) article 10 of the Law on compulsory medical insurance No. 1585/1998 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 38-39, 280), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes:

in the prolog of the word "including public notaries, legal executives, mediators and lawyers" shall be replaced with words "including mediators, the notaries, lawyers, bailiffs, court experts performing activities in bureau of judicial examination, simultaneous interpreters and translators, the authorized managing directors,";

Item a) to state in the following edition:

"a) in case of the companies, organizations, the organizations and physical persons, except registered by body of state registration, and also in case of mediators, the notaries, lawyers, bailiffs, court experts performing activities in bureau of judicial examination, simultaneous interpreters and translators, the authorized managing directors - to be registered as the payer of fees of compulsory medical insurance in territorial agency of the National company of medical insurance from the date of receipt of the decision on registration, the certificate of mediator, the license of the notary, the lawyer, the legal executive or the court expert performing activities in bureau of judicial examination, the operating authority of the simultaneous interpreter and/or translator, the authorized managing director in a month;".

Art. II. - In Item b) parts (1) article 5 of the Law on the state system of social insurance No. 489/1999 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, Art. No. 1-4, 2), with subsequent changes and amendments, word "lawyers, public notaries, bailiffs, the authorized managing directors and mediators", shall be replaced with words "mediators, the notaries, lawyers, bailiffs, court experts performing activities in bureau of judicial examination, simultaneous interpreters and translators, the authorized managing directors,".
