About modification and amendments in some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – In the Law on provision of pensions of the military personnel and persons of the commanding and ordinary structure of law-enforcement bodies No. 1544/1993 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 247-251, 752), with subsequent changes and amendments to make the following change and addition:
1. In preamble of the law of the word "shall be replaced with words the employees performing" "faces of the highest commanding structure and employees performing".
2. Add Article 4 with part (4) the following content:
"(4) Faces of the highest commanding structure of the National center for fight against corruption and members of their families have pension entitlement on an equal basis with the military personnel performing service under the contract, and respectively members of families of the military personnel. Activities as the director and the deputy director of the National center for fight against corruption are equated to military service under the contract.".
Art. II. – In the Law on the National center for fight against corruption No. 1104/2002 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 209-211, 683), with subsequent changes and amendments to make the following change and addition:
1. Part (2) articles 12 after words "the taking-up responsible state positions", to add with words: "behind the exceptions provided by the law,".
2. Part (Article 42-1 to state 1) in the following edition:
"(1) the Working/insurance life for award of pension to the director, the deputy director and the staff of the Center is estimated according to the Law on provision of pensions of the military personnel and persons of the commanding and ordinary structure of law-enforcement bodies No. 1544/1993, and the government employee of the Center – according to the Pensions act of the national social insurance No. 156/1998.".
