About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In part (2) article 316 of the Executive code of the Republic of Moldova No. 443/2004 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 214-220, 704), with subsequent changes and amendments, words of "deprivation of the right of storage and carrying weapon" shall be replaced with words "deprivations of the right of storage or carrying and use of weapon".

Art. II. – In the Law on the mode of weapon and ammunition of civil appointment No. 130/2012 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 222-227, 721), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1. In Article 2:

add the concept "cold weapon" with the offer: ". This concept includes only knives with edge thickness over 2,6 of mm or edge over 95 mm long;";

after the concept "marking" to add Article with concept of the following content:

"illegal change of design of weapon – alteration or transformation, without the corresponding permission or with violation of the established procedure, details or main components of weapon (trunk, lock, the shock and trigger mechanism), uses of weapon creating opportunity in others, than provided by the producer, the purposes, such, as: cutting of trunk of long-barreled weapon to the sizes less than 500 mm; weapon device for installation of devices of silent firing; change of the shock and trigger mechanism for firing production by queues; the change of design of weapon with folding butt giving the chance of production of firing with the closed butt; replacement or change of the drummer, ejector and mirror of lock; replacement of trunk or change of the channel of trunk;";

exclude the concept "cold bladed weapon";

after the concept "weapons permit" to add Article with concept of the following content:
