About modification and amendments in some legal acts

Art. I. – In article 2 of the Law on accession of the Republic of Moldova to the International convention on protection of plants No. 926/2000 (2000, Art. No. 54-56, 363), with subsequent changes, words to "The Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry" shall be replaced with words the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to "The national agency on safety of foodstuff".

Art. II. – In the Law on the means of phytosanitary appointment and means increasing fertility of the soil, No. 119/2004 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 100-103, 510), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

In preamble of the word "For the purpose of the Creation of Optimum Range of Means of Phytosanitary Appointment and Means Increasing Fertility of the Soil, Ensuring Their Safe Application" shall be replaced with words "This law is harmonized with Articles 1 and 3 of the Directive of the European Parliament and Council 2009/128/EC of October 21, 2009 about establishment of the legal basis for activities for the purpose of steady use of pesticides and Articles 3 and 59 of Regulations (EU) of the European Parliament and Council No. 1107/2009 of October 21, 2009 about placement in the market of phytosanitary products and cancellation of Directives of Council 79/117/EEC and 91/414/EES, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 309 of November 24, 2009.".

2. In Article 3:
