1. Bring in the List of areas of obligatory pilot carrying out and categories of the courts exempted from obligatory pilot posting, No. approved by the order of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine of September 04, 2013 662, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 12, 2013 for No. 1575/24107 (with changes) (further - the List), the following changes:

1) in paragraph six of the subitem 7 of Item 3 of the List of the word "портопункт Genichesk" shall be replaced with words "separate division" Genichesky портопункт" the state company "Berdyansk Sea Trade Port";

Item 5 of the List after paragraph two to add 2) with the new paragraph third the following content:

"vessels of the state company "Sea Search and Rescue Service;".
