About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National commission on securities and the stock market (concerning use of seals by legal entities and physical persons entrepreneurs)

According to Item of 1 part two of Article 7, to Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine", for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the National commission on securities and the stock market in compliance with requirements of the Law of Ukraine of March 23, 2017 "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning use of seals by legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED No. 1982-VIIІ:

1. Bring in the Procedure for approval of the charter (changes in the charter) Central Securities Depository approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of February 26, 2013 No. 250, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 20, 2013 for No. 447/22979, the following changes:

"The authorized signature and seal of the legal entity" shall be replaced with words 1) in subitem 14.2 of Item 14 of the word "in the procedure established by the legislation";

2) to add the Procedure with new Item 16 of the following content:

"16. The impress of a seal is not obligatory detail of documents which submission to registering body is provided by this Procedure. Copies of documents which submission to the Commission is provided by this Procedure are considered certified in accordance with the established procedure if on such copies the authorized signature of the legal entity is put down.".
