The order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 30, 2008 No. 324 "About approval of Rules of decision making about preparation and realization of budget investments in the objects of state-owned property of the Russian Federation which are not included in federal target programs" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 18, Art. 2059; 2014, No. 3, the Art. 285) to add with Item 3 following of content:
