About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 2, 2005 No. 261

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 2, 2005 No. 261 "About approval of the Procedure for appointment and payment of the government public assistance to persons who do not have pension entitlements, to both disabled people and the government public assistance to leaving" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, No. 14, Art. 717; 2006, No. 42, Art. 2808; 2007, No. 79, Art. 2944; 2012, No. 23, Art. 877; 2016, No. 6, the Art. 297) changes which are applied.
2. Determine that person who within three months from the date of entry into force by this resolution addressed for purpose of the government public assistance to the child of the died supporter allowance is granted from the date of entry into force of the Law of Ukraine of February 7, 2017 to No. 1836-VIII "About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning assistance to children of the died supporter, but not earlier than the day coming behind day of death of the supporter.
