About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine of rather additional guarantees of social protection of handicapped children

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In part one of article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "About mobilization preparation and mobilization" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005, No. 16, Art. 255; 2014, No. 36, Art. 1194; 2015, No. 28, Art. 238):

the fourth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"women and men on whose content there are three and more children aged up to 18 years (such women and men can be called up for military service in case of their consent and only at the place of residence)";

after the paragraph of the sixth to add with the new paragraph of such content:

"women and men on whose content there is handicapped child who has any kinds of violations of functions of organism of the III-IV extent of their expression and restriction of life activity of any category II-III of extent of their expression according to the criteria of establishment of disability to children approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine or the handicapped child which has functional violations in organism and life activity restrictions which answer criteria for establishment of I or II groups of disability for full age person according to the procedure approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (such persons can be called up for military service in case of their consent and only at the place of residence)".

With respect thereto paragraphs of the seventh - to consider the eleventh respectively paragraphs the eighth - the twelfth.

2. "About conscription and military service" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 38, of Art. 324 with subsequent changes) to add Item of 1 part eight of article 26 of the Law of Ukraine with the paragraph the twenty second the following content:
