About entering of amendments into the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 22, 2005 No. 607 "Questions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 22, 2005 No. 607 "Questions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2005, No. 25, the Art. 311) the following amendments:

in Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

in Item 16:

to add functions of central office with subitems 79-1) and 79-2) of the following content:

"79-1) develops and approves Rules of providing, storage, accounting and write-off of uniform in law-enforcement bodies;

79-2) develops and approves the description, distinction signs, and also Rules of wearing uniform of staff of law-enforcement bodies;".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
