The list of the changes made to regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia

1. In the Administrative regulations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation on provision of the state service in registration of automotor-vehicles and trail cars to them approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia of August 7, 2013 No. 605 <1>:

1.1. In Item 3:

the exhaustive list of the bases for refusal in provision of the state service;

about the applicant's right to pre-judicial (extrajudicial) appeal of actions (failure to act) and the decisions made (performed) during provision of the state service;

the forms of statements (notifications, messages) used by provision of the state service.

Information on the Single portal on procedure and terms of provision of the state service based on the data containing in the federal state information system "Federal Register of the State and Municipal Services (Functions)" is provided to the applicant free of charge.

The information access about terms and procedure for provision of service is performed without accomplishment by the applicant of any requirements, including without use of the software which installation on technical means of the applicant requires the conclusion of license or other agreement with the owner of the software providing collection of payment, registration or authorization of the applicant or provision of personal data by it.".

1.1.3. Add subitem 3.3 with paragraphs the thirteenth - the twenty first the following content:

"the address of the official site of territorial authority of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia at the regional level;

addresses of submission of claims in paper and electronic type;

the prevention for receivers of the state services of possible fraud with use of short text messages (SMS) and telephone surveys;

most frequently asked questions and answers to them;

procedure for receipt of consultations, including by phone;

information on possibility of receipt of the state services in electronic form;

information on possibility of quality evaluation of provision of the state services on the official site of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and by means of the website "Your Control";

information on possibility of quality evaluation of provision of the state services by means of short text messages (SMS) and telephone surveys;

addresses of the location, number of telephone numbers for enquiries of the nearest credit institutions in which it is possible to make payment of the state fee.".

1.2. Add Item 10 with words ", and in case of receipt of the statement in electronic form by means of the Single portal from the moment of the personal appeal of the applicant to registration division and submissions of originals of the documents necessary for provision of the state service".

1.3. In Item 14:
