About modification and amendments in the Instruction about bank transfer

1. 1.1. in Item 2 part one:

third to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"the acceptance of the payer – prior consent of the payer to payment of payment requests with the acceptance and payment requests on direct debiting of the account;";

to state the paragraph of the eighth in the following edition:

"bank transfer – the sequence of transactions on execution of the payment instruction of the payer or beneficiary (claimant) according to which one bank sends to other bank the interbank payment instruction about money transfer for benefit of the beneficiary (claimant).
