About modification of the Procedure for conducting checks by Public service of financial monitoring of Ukraine for subjects of primary financial monitoring

According to requirements of the Law of Ukraine of March 23, 2017 "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning use of seals by legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs" I ORDER to No. 1982-VIII:

1. Bring in the Procedure for conducting checks by Public service of financial monitoring of Ukraine for subjects of primary financial monitoring approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of April 14, 2015 No. 436, No. 492/26937, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 05, 2015 the following changes:

in paragraph one of item 4 of the Section III of the word", and under seal (in the presence) SPFM and/or its separate division" to exclude;

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
