About modification and amendments in some resolutions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus
Based on the paragraph of the thirteenth of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 21, 2002 "About precious metals and gemstones" in edition of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 12, 2013 and subitem 4.48 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1585 "Questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus", the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Make change and addition to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. The regulations on procedure for pricing on the gemstones accepted in the State fund of precious metals and gemstones of the Republic of Belarus and released from it approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of September 23, 2002 No. 131 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 112, 8/8604; 2007, No. 279, 8/17424) to be reworded as follows it (is applied);
1.2. Item 12 of the Instruction on features of implementation by pawnshops of transactions with precious metals and gemstones approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of December 5, 2014 No. 77 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 01.01. 2015, 8/29457) to add with part two of the following content:
"In the offer the name and the number of values with inserts from gemstones, the cost of gemstones in which is determined for the purposes of acceptance as a deposit, shall be specified.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
