About modification of the Regulations on departmental incentive differences of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine

In pursuance of Article 2 of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of May 30, 2012 to No. 365 "About departmental incentive differences", for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for establishment and use of departmental incentive differences and in connection with limiting increase in number of workers of the office of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and its territorial authorities I ORDER:

1. Make changes to Item 1.9 of the Section I of the Regulations on departmental incentive differences of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of February 14, 2013 No. 271/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 15, 2013 for No. 272/22804, having stated it in the following edition:

"1.9. The number of persons who can be marked out by departmental awards of the Ministry within year cannot exceed:

Gratitude - 3000;

The certificate of honor - 800;

the breastplate "For achievements in development of judicial examination" - 30;

the breastplate "For honest work" - 300.".

2. To department of personnel to submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 03, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

3. To provide to administrative department, Department of financial provision and financial accounting according to competence financing and production of departmental incentive differences of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and certificates to breastplates.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the State secretary of the Ministry.
