1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2007 No. 44 "About approval of the list of the costs in foreign currency relating on expenses on transportation, insurance and freight forwarding and passengers and also for tax payment and the charges in foreign currency connected with cargo transportation and passengers" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 185, 8/16879) the following changes:
1.1. in the name and Item 1 of the word "approval" and "Approve" to replace respectively with words "establishment" and "Establish";
1.2. to state appendix to this resolution in the following edition:
