About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning protection of housing laws of orphan children, the children deprived of parent guardianship and persons from their number
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:
1. Part the fifth article 25 of the Law of Ukraine "About child care" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, No. 30, Art. 142; 2005, No. No. 17-19, of Art. 267; 2010, 39, the Art. 513) after the words "relevant organizations" to add No. with the words "or in the place of accounting of internally displaced persons if they are registered as internally displaced persons".
2. Article 33 of the Law of Ukraine "About providing organization-legal conditions of social protection of the orphan children and children deprived of parent care" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005, No. 6, Art. 147; 2010, 39, the Art. 513) after part one to add No. with new part of such content:
"The orphan children and children deprived of parent guardianship, who reached 16 years and staying on the registry of internally displaced persons have the right to be enlisted on accounting of the citizens needing improvement of housing conditions and social room accounting in the place of their accounting as internally displaced persons".

3. Part one of article 10 of the Law of Ukraine "About housing stock of social appointment" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 19-20, of Art. 159; 2010, 39, the Art. 513) after words "organizations for the orphan children and children deprived of parent guardianship" to add No. with words "the specified category of the children and persons who are on accounting of internally displaced persons - in the place of accounting of internally displaced persons".
