In Item 36 of the Section I of the list of paid services which are provided in the state and utility institutions of the health care and the highest medical educational institutions approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 17, 1996 No. 1138 (ZP of Ukraine, 1996, No. 18, to Art. 501; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 77, Art. 2567; 2017, 51, the Art. 1573) words of "funding mechanism" shall be replaced with words No. "the mechanism of financial provision".

In paragraph five of Item 12 and Item 26 of appendix to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 25, 1996 No. 1548 "About establishment of powers of executive bodies and executive bodies of city councils concerning price regulation (rates)" (ZP of Ukraine, 1996, No. 21, Art. 596; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 11, Art. 511; 2006, No. 20, Art. 1463; 2008, No. 25, Art. 795; 2017, 27, the Art. 787, No. 51, the Art. 1573) words of "funding mechanism" shall be replaced with words No. "the mechanism of financial provision".
