2. This Instruction becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
3. From the date of entry into force of this Instruction to declare invalid the Instruction of the Bank of Russia of May 13, 2016 No. 4015-U "About the List of positions of employees of the Central bank of the Russian Federation who can obtain the credits for personal needs only in the Bank of Russia", registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on May 24, 2016 No. 42240.
