About modification of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for partial compensation of cost of agricultural machinery and the equipment of national production

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for partial compensation of cost of agricultural machinery and the equipment of national production, No. 130 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 1, 2017 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 24, the Art. 671, No. 61, the Art. 1865, No. 92, the Art. 2784), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for partial compensation of cost of agricultural machinery and the equipment of national production

1. The paragraph one of Item 10 to replace with paragraphs of the following content:

"10. The partial compensation is provided to agricultural producers on irretrievable basis for acquired the machinery and equipment which cost is specified in the acts of acceptance transfer and other documents confirming payment through national bank or bank in which authorized capital 75 and more percent of shares belong to the state, in the following sizes:

20 percent of cost (excluding tax on value added) - for acquired the machinery and equipment in December, 2017;

25 percent of cost (excluding tax on value added) - for acquired the machinery and equipment since January 1, 2018.".

With respect thereto paragraphs two - to consider the sixth respectively paragraphs the fourth - the eighth.

2. Item 11 in paragraph six:

1) in the first offer of the word "move in the current year" shall be replaced with words and figures "move till December 5 of the current year";
