About modification and amendments in some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – In the Tax code No. 1163/1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of February 8, 2007), with subsequent changes and amendments to make the following changes:
1. In Item b) Article 18 of the word "shareholders of investment funds;" shall be replaced with words "shareholders/owners of shares (shares) issued by the organizations of collective investment into securities;".
2. In the name of Chapter 9 of the Section II of the word "to investment funds" shall be replaced with words "to the organizations of collective investment into securities".
3. In Article 63:
to state the name of Article in the following edition:
"Article 63. Organizations of collective investment into securities";
in part (1) word of "investment funds", shall be replaced with words "the organizations of collective investment into securities,";
in part (2) word "The Income of Investment Fund Which Is Subject to Distribution and Payment to Its Shareholders", shall be replaced with words "The income of the organization of collective investment into the securities which are subject to distribution and payment to shareholders/owners of shares (shares) issued by the organizations of collective investment into securities";
part (to state 3) in the following edition:
"(3) the Payments performed by the organizations of collective investment into securities to shareholders/owners of shares (shares) issued by these organizations are made according to the legislation on the capital market.";
in part (4) words of "investment fund" shall be replaced with words "the organizations of collective investment into securities".
4. In the subitem d) Item 12) parts (1) Article 103 of the word "in the security market" shall be replaced with words "in the capital market", and words "independent registrars;" – words "the subject recording owners of securities;".
