About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About physical culture and sport" concerning refining of some provisions

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About physical culture and sport" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, No. 7, Art. 50; 2014, No. 2-3, of Art. 41; 2015, No. 30, Art. 277; 2017, No. 26, Art. 300, No. 29, Art. 316) following changes:

1. Add Article 1 taking into account alphabetic procedure with the term of the following content:

"sports weapon - certified in the procedure established by the legislation fire (except fighting) or the pneumatic, shooting, emasculated (okholoshchenny) and cold weapon intended only for defeat of the purposes during sporting events which parameters and characteristics are fixed in rules of sports competitions in the sports recognized in Ukraine".

2. To add article 48 after part fourteen with new part of such content:

"Acquisition, storage, transportation and use of sports weapon, ammunition to it, content of shooting shooting galleries, shooting ranges and stands are performed according to the legislation subjects of the sphere of physical culture and sport, developing the sports recognized in Ukraine which rules of competitions provide use by athletes fire (except fighting) or the pneumatic, shooting, emasculated (okholoshchenny) and cold weapon. Accounting and certification of sports weapon are performed in the procedure established by the legislation".

With respect thereto the fifteenth and sixteenth to consider parts respectively parts of the sixteenth and seventeenth.

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in three-months time from the date of entry into force of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
