About introduction of amendments to resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 26, 2008 No. 462 and of November 4, 2016 No. 907

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. the paragraph the twelfth parts one of item 4 of the Regulations on procedure for compensation of losses of the forestry and landscape production approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 26, 2008 No. 462 "About some measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 27, 2007 No. 667" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 83, 5/27442; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 03.09. 2015, 5/40984; 29.06. 2016, 5/42254) to state in the following edition:
"creation, maintaining (operation, updating), upgrade for the purposes of forest management of the geographic information systems of forest fund of the Republic of Belarus interacting with land information system of the Republic of Belarus, in the form of complex of program technical means, bases of space and attributive data, channels of the information exchange and other resources providing automation of accumulating, processing, storage and provision of data on condition, distribution and use of forest fund in electronic form by means of the global computer Internet and geoinformation technologies and also Geoportal of land information system of the Republic of Belarus;";
1.2. paragraph two of Item 12 of the Regulations on establishment of procedure for carrying out forest management, development and approval of the forest management project, introduction in it of changes and (or) amendments approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 4, 2016 No. 907 "About measures for realization of the Forest code of the Republic of Belarus" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 18.11. 2016, 5/42891) to state in the following edition:
