About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 17, 2014 No. 347 "About the state agrarian policy" the following changes:

1.1. to state subitem 5.3 of Item 5 in the following edition:

"5.3. the expenses connected with provision to the subjects performing activities in the field of agro-industrial production, subsidies for interest payment (part of percent) for use of the credits (further – subsidies for interest payment on the credits), and compensations of losses of banks and JSC Development Bank Republic of Belarus in case of loan granting on favorable terms.";

1.2. add the Decree with Item of 51 following contents:

"51. The realization of direct measures of the state support is enabled for goal achievement and tasks of state programs in agro-industrial complex and within the means which are annually determined by the Government of the Republic of Belarus and local councils of deputies when forming projects republican and local budgets for the next financial year.";

1.3. state Item 6 in the following edition:

"6. Nation-wide actions are actions which financing can be performed at the expense of means republican and (or) local budgets, according to appendices 1 and 2.

Financing of construction, reconstruction, upgrade of production facilities of agro-industrial complex can be performed at the expense of means republican and (or) local budgets within the state investing program and investing programs of local authorities and self-government.

Financing of the actions which are not specified in parts one and the second this Item can be performed according to decisions of the President of the Republic of Belarus.";
