services of "Belarusian Interbank Settlement Center" open joint stock company (further – settlement center) to carrying out instant payments and on ensuring electronic money transfer when carrying out interbank calculations in the BISS system (further – services of settlement center) which include:

acceptance from banks, the exchange, National Bank of electronic payment documents;

reception (transfer) from banks (banks) and National bank (u) of electronic documents and electronic messages on instant payments;

control of authenticity and integrity of electronic payment documents, system control on compliance to the requirements established in the BISS system;

control of authenticity and integrity of electronic documents on instant payments and control on compliance to the requirements determined by the regulatory legal act of National Bank establishing procedure for functioning of system of instant payments and carrying out instant payments;
