For the purpose of execution of Item 61 of the Actions plan on realization of the package of measures for reform of system of road safety in the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of August 30, 2017 No. 546, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of rules of the organization of passenger traffic by road transport in the Kyrgyz Republic" of September 23, 2013 No. 519 the following change:

in Rules of the organization of passenger traffic by the road transport in the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

to add item 4 of appendix 11 to appendix 19 to the above rules with the subitem 6 of the following content:

"6) to terminate the Contract unilaterally when making by the drivers servicing bus route, the road accident which entailed one and more death or three and more participants of the road accident which were wounded different weight in case of establishment of guilt of the driver the judgment.".
