About entering of amendments into the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 5, 2008 No. 1883

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for assurance of copies of international treaties, amendments to international treaties and the official translation of these agreements and amendments on the Belarusian and (or) Russian languages approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 5, 2008 No. 1883 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 301, 5/28906; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 18.10. 2013, 5/37928), following amendments:

1.1. add Item 2 with part two of the following content:

"The digital signature for the purposes of this provision is understood as the signature developed with use of personal key which certificate of the corresponding open key is published by republican certification center of the State management system open keys of verification of the digital signature of the Republic of Belarus.";

1.2. add Item 5 with part three of the following content:

"For the purposes of accomplishment of interstate procedures according to the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About international treaties of the Republic of Belarus" the copy of the interstate or intergovernmental agreement can be drawn up in the form of the electronic copy of the interstate or intergovernmental agreement certified by the digital signature. Such electronic copy is certified by the chief of the main contractual legal department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and in its absence – person fulfilling its duties.";

1.3. the first and second Item 6 after the word of "copies" to add parts with words "(electronic copies)";

1.4. add Item 7 with part three of the following content:
