About modification of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of December 22, 2015 No. 170

According to Items 107 and 110 of the Protocol on application of special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures in relation to the third countries (appendix No. 8 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and based on the report of Department of protection of the domestic market of the Eurasian economic commission prepared by results of repeated anti-dumping investigation concerning the steel seamless-rolled wheels coming from Ukraine and imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union for the purpose of review of anti-dumping measure in connection with the changed circumstances Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. In appendix to the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of December 22, 2015 "About application of anti-dumping measure by means of introduction of anti-dumping duty concerning the steel seamless-rolled wheels coming from Ukraine and the figures of "4,75" and "4,75" imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union" to replace No. 170 respectively with figures of "34,22" and "34,22".

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
