About approval of Changes in Regulations on registration of taxpayers for value added

According to Articles 19-1, 19-3 of the Section I, Articles 180-184 of the Section V of the Tax code of Ukraine and the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on registration of taxpayers for value added approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of November 14, 2014 No. 1130, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 17, 2014 for No. 1456/26233 (with changes) which are applied.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of tax policy of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, Department of servicing of payers of the Public fiscal service of Ukraine:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. I reserve control of execution of this order and I assign to the acting as the Chairman of the Public fiscal service of Ukraine M. V Is sold.
