1. Declare invalid the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of October 17, 2007 No. 1672 "About approval of the Regulations on conditions of the conclusion (renewal) of the agreement on the organization of sale of the property which is in state-owned property", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine December 26, 2007 for No. 1396/14663.

2. To provide to management of corporate laws of the state of Department of management of the state companies and corporate laws of the state submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
