According to the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 24.07.2000 of N918/2000 and the Regulations on Committee on control of drugs approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 11, 2003 N 1446, I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for conducting examination of documents which are submitted for issue of certificates for import to Ukraine and export from Ukraine of drugs for psychotropic substances and precursors it (is applied).
2. To the chairman of Committee on control of drugs Alekseeva O. A. provide provision of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice and its publication in mass media.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister M.F.Pasichnik.
