About modification of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for development of wine growing, gardening and hop-growing

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for development of wine growing, gardening and hop-growing, No. 587 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 15, 2005 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, No. 29, Art. 1710; 2012, No. 27, Art. 1014; 2013, No. 26, Art. 862, No. 31, Art. 1077; 2017, No. 59, the Art. 1801), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for development of wine growing, gardening and hop-growing

1. Exclude Item 2.

2. In Item 5:

Subitem 2 to state 1) in the following edition:

"2) acquisition of landing material of fruit and berry cultures, grapes and hop (to 80 percent of the expenses made current and last fiscal years without tax amounts on value added), but the standard rates which were no more established by Minagropolitiki on condition of seal of plantings in the current year;";
