1. Approve Changes in the Technique of determination of investment profit the professional dealer in securities in case of accomplishment of functions of the tax agent approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of November 22, 2011 No. 1484, the decision of State commission on securities and to the stock market of November 22, 2011 No. 1689, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 24, 2012 at No. 100/20413, which are applied.

2. To provide to department of tax policy in the procedure established by the legislation:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
