About change and amendment of Regulations of licensing of banks No. 23/09-01

Based on the Art. 5, 11 and 44 Laws No. 548-XIII of July 21, 1995 on National Bank of Moldova (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, Art. No. 56-57, 624), with subsequent changes and amendments, and Art. 4 and 26 of the Law on financial institutions No. 550-XIII of July 21, 1995 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, No. 78-81, the Art. 199), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova

In the Regulations of licensing of banks No. 23/09-01, approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova the protocol No. 37 of August 15, 1996. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, Art. No. 59-60, 74), with subsequent changes and amendments, registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova on May 4, 2010 at No. 750, to make the following changes and additions:

1. In Regulations syntagma "the reference on registration" or "registration certificate" to replace with syntagma "the decision on registration" in the corresponding case;

2. Add Chapter II with the paragraph of the following content:

"According to Item n) parts (1) Art. 26 of the Law on financial institutions the bank can perform types of activity or services provided that they treat the financial sphere and for which shall have the permission of National Bank of Moldova issued on the terms of Chapter VII-4 of these regulations.".

3. In Chapter V syntagma to "Regulations regulations on requirements to heads of bank" to replace with syntagma to "requirements imposed by National Bank, way of regulation of requirements to heads of bank".
