According to article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About judicial examination", I ORDER to the subitem 67 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228,:

1. The paragraph one of Item 1 of the Section IV of the Provisions on the expert and qualification commissions and certification of court experts approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of March 3, 2015 No. 301/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 4, 2015 for No. 249/26694, to replace with two new paragraphs of such content:

"1. Training (training) of workers of NIUSE who intend to receive and/or confirm qualification of the court expert is performed: according to the program of preparation for theoretical, organizational and procedural matters of judicial examination - NIUSE or Institute of the right and post-qualifying education of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine; according to programs of preparation of the corresponding expert specialties - NIUSE.

Training (training) of specialists who are not employees of the public specialized agencies and intend to receive and/or confirm qualification of the court expert is performed: according to the program of preparation for theoretical, organizational and procedural matters of judicial examination - Institute of the right and post-qualifying education of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine; according to programs of preparation of the corresponding expert specialties - NIUSE.".
