According to Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine", to Item 170.2 of article 170 of the Tax Code of Ukraine, the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375 the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:
1. Approve Changes in the Technique of determination of investment profit the professional dealer in securities in case of accomplishment of functions of the tax agent approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of November 22, 2011 No. 1484, the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of November 22, 2011 No. 1689, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 24, 2012 at No. 100/20413, which are applied.
2. To provide to department of methodology of regulation of professional participants of the security market (I. Kurochkin) the direction of this decision in the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.
3. (A. Yushkevich) to provide to management of international cooperation and communications publication of this decision in the official printing publication of the National commission on securities and the stock market.
4. To provide to department of methodology of regulation of professional participants of the security market (I. Kurochkin) promulgation of this decision on the official website of the National commission on securities and the stock market.
