2. Recognize invalid the Technique of determination of monopoly position of entrepreneurs in the market approved by the order of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine of 10.03.94 of N1-r and registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 28, 1994 for N48/257.
