About some questions of automation of the procedure of state registration of regulatory legal acts

(as amended of the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 13.07.2023 No. 560)

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Is not valid from June 30, 2018

2. Determine completion date of the legal act specified in Item 1 of this resolution, on June 30, 2018.

3. Distribute Provisional rules for carrying out pilot project on automation of the procedure of state registration of regulatory legal acts to the ministries of information and communications, culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan, akimats, maslikhats of the Pavlodar region and Audit committee of the Pavlodar region.

4. And sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan and National Information Technologies joint-stock company (under approval) to provide to the ministry of information and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Ministry of Culture technical maintenance of information systems and the equipment, and also safety of electronic documents for carrying out pilot project on automation of the procedure of state registration of regulatory legal acts in state bodies.

5. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 13.07.2023 No. 560

6. To the central and local state bodies to take the measures following from this resolution.

7. To impose control of implementation of this resolution on the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zhumagaliyev A. K.

8. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.
