Item 3 of Article 5 to add 1) with paragraphs of the following content:

establishes procedure for creation and maintaining federal fund of data and procedure for transfer by federal executive bodies, budget and state institutions of copies of data of remote sensing of Earth from space subordinated to them (further also - data) for inclusion in federal fund of data;

establishes order of interaction of federal fund of data with other state funds;

establishes procedure and features of provision of the data obtained from spacecrafts.";

2) in Article 6 part two:
