Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of November 11, 2003 No. 138-FZ "About lotteries" (The Russian Federation Code, 2003, No. 46, Art. 4434; 2005, No. 30, Art. 3104; 2010, No. 31, Art. 4183; 2013, No. 52, Art. 6981; 2017, No. 49, Art. 7330) following changes:

Article 6.1 to add 1) with part 5 of the following content:

2) in Article 20:

a) the fourth parts 6 to declare the paragraph invalid;

b) add with part 6.1 following of content:

"6.1. The conclusion of the contribution agreements in lottery which are drawn up by issue of the lottery ticket, lottery receipt and also payment, transfer or provision of prizes for such agreements in case of settlement amount, component less than 15 000 rubles, in case of doubt in achievement of age by the participant of lottery of eighteen years identification of such participant of lottery according to the procedure, No. 115-FZ provided by the Federal Law of August 7, 2001 "About counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way and to terrorism financing is performed by the operator of lottery, the distributor with establishment of age of the participant of lottery, at the same time", it is not carried out.
